We wish we could provide everyone with an exact cost, however there is so many variables for every home that this is simply not possible.

As such we have opted to base our estimations on averages and mostly consisting of a 3 Bedroom house.

Pricing fluctuates for a multitude of reasons including:

• Location
• Dimensions
• Material cost
• Company pricing
• Property access
• Availability
• Weather conditions

and so much more. However we believe having an approximate price can provide you with the confidence and knowledge to decide whether to continue with a particular renovation, and of course maybe even negotiate a better price.

We would love for all our customers to get an excellent deal.

Many of us have huge home improvement ambitions, and we hope that our service, will allow customers just like you to plan for all of these based on price and affordability.

Remember you don’t have to do everything all at once. You can start small and work your up, or you can go big and do the smaller aspects after.

By planning you can see where some items may have crossovers and this could save you money and additional work in the long term.

Unfortunately not at the moment, however, it is a service we hope to provide in the future.
